Kom op tegen Kanker is launching the new 2027 call for proposals for primary and secondary prevention projects.
Possibility to pitch (not mandatory)
An initial online consultation can be requested up to and including 29 December 2026 by sending an email to financiering@komoptegenkanker.be requesting an invitation to a meeting.
New in this call:
– Strategic priority for children and young people within primary prevention.
– Extra attention to health equity, with a particular focus on groups that are currently systematically under-served.
– Greater emphasis on addressing environmental, policy or systemic factors that contribute to a healthy living environment.
– The possibility, subject to certain conditions, of applying for funding for international cooperation.
Budget: total for all projects 2.5M euro
Deadline: 21 January 2027 (abstract); 01 July 2027 (full proposal)
