The scope of the DBSF expands from projects that focus on social inclusion to those that focus on “digital excellence,” thereby adding value to society to an even greater extent. Projects that can demonstrate that they can continue both socially and financially in a sustainable manner (without continued support from the DBSF) have an edge.
