Call 5 in the Interreg North-West Europe programme covers all nine specific objectives of the programme and proceeds in two steps. In step 1, applicants focus on the need and justification for the project, the objective, the added value of the proposed approach and the relevance of the partnership. All projects that successfully pass Step 1 can submit a more detailed application, including a full work plan and budget.
