With the call “Equipment for carrying out innovative applied scientific research and valorisation through contract research and scientific services for companies”, equipment can be requested from the Industrial Research Fund (IOF). The contribution from the IOF is € 25,000 – € 112,500 (VAT incl.). There is a mandatory co-financing of at least 25% of the equipment. The minimum term is 1 year and the maximum term is 2 years.
This call has the specific objective of increasing industrial contract revenues, and more specifically through contract research as well as scientific services for companies. The EQUIP project type comprises an applied scientific research project with valorisation potential towards this industrial contract revenue, which is conducted around the purchased equipment.
